Acclaimed Tanzanian singer, Diamond Platnumz’s boo Zari Hassan, has never been one to shy off from showcasing her lavish lifestyle.
From fashion, to her family and even to the places she visits – the Ugandan socialite keeps her social media community posted on what is happening in her charmed life.
While many post positive responses to her updates, some have thrown barbs at her, often saying unprintable things to the mother of four.
These ‘hateful comments’ prompted her sons to ask her why people are “mad” at them.
Using her Snap Chat account, Zari recounted the conversation. She told her sons: “We have what they don’t. While you are hating, I’m off to the mall to blow up some money. I can you can’t,” Zari wrote.
This seeming haughty post attracted negative feedback from some members of the audience, and to them she made yet another social media post saying that some people will not understand her earlier conversation.
“Some of you won’t understand this, but that’s okay. Am responsible for what I write not how you understand it,” she posted in Instagram.
However, some people were not in support of what she had posted on her Instagram.
“Alafu kesho uje kuomba hahaaa maisha bwana… Dunia mbona raha, wenye kujidai na kujisifu, kuna wakati kadhalilika. Omba uepuke, watu watakuja kuikumbuka hii post. Really so silly,” wrote one Judheim
Further, Shumubby wrote, “Hehehehe Zari remember in your religion showing off is haram. Today you have; tomorrow Allah might take everything from you. All you need to say is Alhamdulillah; say thanks to God because aliye kupa wewe ndio kawanyima wako kosa mama point taken.”
